Hi, 1. To+ infinitive= to express the purpose or the intention. For example: "I go to the gym to keep fit". 2. For + ing = to talk about the function of something or the way something is used. For example: " Chopsticks are used for eating noodles and sushi". 3. For to is completely wrong.
