I was wondering if we should holiday in China? Its a possibility, It is more speculative not so certain. Open to other suggestions. I was thinking we should holiday in China? its a statement, suggests more of a plan, more certain, seeking agreement.

Dear XiaoDeng, when asking someone's opinion on a topic you would ask: "I was wondering what your opinion is on this topic" and then you could reply: "I was thinking about the matter and my opinion is this..." Hope this helps! Kind regards, Paula.
