I Am The Crazy Teacher That The Kids From Last Year Warned You About. I Am The Crazy Teacher That The Kids From Last Year Warned You About. This is t-short inscription ( a/the t-short inscription?). Whether "I Am The Crazy Teacher The Kids From Last Year Warned You About" could be used as a printing on a t-shirt? Without "That". Is a meaning of the phrase lost?

You can eliminate the word "that" and the meaning would not be lost; it would still be grammatically correct.
