which are the Russian Twitter accounts you follow that you can interact with? I tried some news accounts but it's hard to understand and doesn't make me interact.

In social networks people use slang a lot and really don't care about grammar, i really don't recommend to use them to practice any language unless you proficient in it. But if you need to read something just for fun I can recommend this twitter: Lana_Ipekakuana

If you refer on social networks in general...in this case they use:
1. VKONTAKTE
2. Odnoklassnike
3. Facebook
4. Twitter (very rarely)
From browsers, they prefer: YANDEX, rather than google.
