I want to learn portuguese in a fast way, I am a native spanish speaker and I would like to learn some hacks in portuguese that will allow me to learn faster the languages and also be able to speak... any recomendations?

Não tenhas dúvidas, no teu caso tens de aprender gramática como um nativo. As línguas são muito parecidas e não basta a aprendizagem pela repetição e intuição.
