which one is correct? And why?

Both are correct, but the continuous aspect sounds more natural.

I think I'd personally agree with Su.Ki. that the continuous "How old will you be turning on your next birthday?" sounds more natural, though both are perfectly fine.

Either can be understood by a native English speaker.
However, it would sound more 'natural' to say 'How old will you be on your next birthday?'
