Help(please) Hi, there Should I say “The country is facing a dengue and A yellow fever crisis” or “The country is facing a dengue and yellow fever crisis”? Between THESE TWO, which is right? Should I repeat the second “a”? Thank you

for the sake of clarity the second 'a' is a good idea. Otherwise, it could be read that the country is facing a single crisis, which is 'a dengue and yellow fever' crisis. You could also say ' facing both a dengue and yellow fever crisis' which makes it clear they are two separate things.

I like the first one the best, although the second one also works
