I used to = I did this in the past but I do not do this now. I AM used to = I am familiar with/ I often do in the present. I GET used to = I become familiar with something, or it becomes a habit. When using the first person, it is probably more common to use the present continuous, e.g. I am getting used to baking cookies, as the process remains unfinished.

used to do something = раньше бывало делал что-то; to be used to do something = действие является привычным / делается часто; to get used to do something = привыкать что-то делать, приноравливаться. И в заголовке - PHrases (не frases).
