Being can mean the state of something. I AM, you ARE, he/she IS, They ARE, we ARE, you all ARE, i will BE, i have BEEN, i am BEING... there are a lot more examples!

Being is as an auxiliar verb of the verb "to be" (am/are/is). Example: "You are being studious." But, you can also use only verb to be, example: "You are studious."
