Is this sentence OK? I mean she acts strange sometimes. If I say; That girl has some eccentricities.And this; You just dis something bad. If I say; You couldn't have done something worse.

Your first response is okay. The second response cannot use some + thing. Something/someone/somewhere etc can only be used in affirmative sentences and with questions. Anything/anyone/anywhere etc can only be used in negative sentences and questions. You are welcome to book a trial lesson with me then we can work on this some more.

Your first response sounds okay. In your second one, it would be more natural to say, "You could not have done anything worse."
