Is there any difference in the use between "odd", "weird" and "bizarre"?

It depends on context, but all three words usually mean approximately the same thing. But there is a difference in degree, meaning that some of the words are “stronger” than the others. “Odd” is a little less strong than “weird,” and “weird” is a little less strong than “bizarre.” In other words, “weird” means “very odd” and “bizarre” means “very weird.”
