The first two are OK. They would be better, however, if written in the active voice: We ought to respect superiors. We are supposed to respect superiors. The third one is not OK because it means “Superiors have an obligation to be respected by us” — but you are not trying to say that superiors have an obligation to accept “our” respect, but rather that the subordinates have an obligation to respect superiors.
