English native speakers, I need your help! I need to choose the right answer in this sentence, but feel like I'm lost... They can't be sure if they stay/do stay/will stay, but if they don't/won't/didn't, their friends won't be too surprised. I've marked stay and won't, but these variants are incorrect, so I cannot find out which should be the right variant. Hope you can help!

правильно do stay и don't ответ выше от идиота, потому что will не употребляется после if
