After hard work... Try and get some rest. (This is a very common EXPRESSION, "Try N get some rest", but it should be "Try to get some rest")) Try and get some time off. (Normally people say, "Try to take some time off") Try and get some relax. (Normally people say, "Try to relax") Try and get some sleep. (Another common EXPRESSION, "Try N get some sleep!" but it should be "Try to get some sleep") Try and get some break. ( It would be more common to say, "Try to take a break!") Try and get some slowdown. (It is more common to say, "Try to slow down!")
