Are both sentences OK? Or, what do you say? We are too close to reaching our dream. We are too close to the realization of our dream.

"too" is used when you want to say something is in excess, often in that it is undesirable (I ate too many pieces of pizza, this car is too expensive for me) I think you should say "we are so close to reaching our dream/goal"

Both are correct, the second would suit a formal situation more, like a board meeting.

I guess, in the first sentence you should say... To reach not to reaching, if there is no any rules about it.
