Are these sentence correct Celebrities should never be pursued by us. Celebrities should by no means be pursued by us. Celebrities should under no circumstances be pursued by us. Celebrities should fail to be pursued by us. If it's wrong, can you fix it for me?

'Celebrities should fail to be pursued by us' isn't incorrect as such, but it's hard to say what it means exactly; it means something like 'celebrities should not be worthy of or attract our attention'. It's meaning isn't the same as your other sentences, which are all correct and make sense. I would discard this one.
