Can I use these interchangeably? The danger is not passed yet. The danger hasn't passed yet. The danger is far from passed.

The first one sounds very awkward. The second and third are similar, but the third indicates that the danger might continue for a very long time. Whereas the second doesn't give any indication of how long the danger might continue. It's a bit more general.
