The different of "would be doing ,would be done , will be doing " If I want to tell someone the price to him soon. Could I change to say: the price will be sending to you soon, or the price would be sent to you soon. Are they correct?

No, neither is correct. You must say, "The price will be sent to you soon." It is a definite promise. You can only say, "The price would be sent to you..." with a conditional phrase. For example, "The price would be sent to you if the price list for that product were available." You can not use the time stamp "soon" because it depends upon having the price list.
