Textbooks for negotiation in western countries
When I started using English, it was technical English. Now I have to do things other than that, like I have to negotiate with business partner's executives in the US and France. I have never learned their way to negotiate or discuss, so I feel quite vulnerable. Could you recommend me some textbooks or web sites to help basic learners like me? Written in plain English is preferable. Right now sometimes I speak to them, but mostly write them.

Negotiation is one of the most advanced skill-sets related to business English.  More challenging negotiations will require you to read your counterpart's emotions and see past what they are saying directly.  Negotiations can also involve a lot of pressure on all participants and the potential for hostility.  I can't tell you a specific book to read, but Harvard has a Program On Negotiation which recently published a reading list on their blog:
