Is this sentence correct? I made a sentence below: The company`s policy was seen as a litmus test towards women about how they feel after a break-up.

I'm not sure if "litmus test" is used correctly here. The answer to a litmus test is a simple "yes" or "no". For example, a litmus test for hiring a dog-sitter might be "Does he/she have dog-sitting experience?". Can you explain more what your sentence is about?

It's not bad. The one word I would question is 'towards'. That seems 'not quite right'. I think that 'for' would be better.
