I guess they pay you money, for example a dividend. I guess the buying/selling price is six times this amount. . YOu need a little more context to knmow how often the earnings are paid. For example, if they pay yearly, then the selling price stated is six years earnings. This seems a little high, to have a six-year payback, even if you keep the original asset.
