what's the difference of the sense between these two sentences? Didn't he worry about that? Wasn't he worried about that?

I agree with Stephen, the meanings are the same. But I have a comment on the wording of your question. We would say, 'What's the difference in sense between...' rather than 'difference of the sense'. Best wishes, Steve
