Gerund Is it ok to use gerunds in these sentences? No incidents were noted during her looking after a group of +/- 25 children from 3 years to 11 years old. Being punctual, she proved to be trustworthy

Yes, both are correct, but in the second sentence it's technically a participle, not a gerund.

Yes. "looking after" infers a set period of time which acts as the appropriate noun in this sentence. The second sentence is correct as well.
