Are these sentences OK? I still couldn't find it. (something missing) I still couldn't get out there. (I have to be somewhere) I still couldn't get a job. (I' have been looking for a job)

They are perfect as sentences. Dindla is correct to point out that they are meaningless without context, but this is true of many sentences, so don't let that deter you.

These are okay, but not complete. They need to follow something else. For example, "Even though I looked all over the house, I still couldn't find it." or "I applied with 13 companies, but I still couldn't get a job."
