Paul is right, you can pay directly the driver with exact coins, also Leap card can be found in small shops...

If I remember rightly you can only pay the driver with exact coins (not notes, and they won't give you change.) But you can buy a Leap card on arrival at the airport with a debit card I guess. Just not on the  bus itself.
