Dativ Prepositions I heard that certain prepositions cause the nouns following to have the dative endings, and mit would be one of those. So, is this sentence grammatically correct? Ich laufe mit meinem Hundem. If not, why? Thanks!

The third case masculinum singular usually does not change its form.
