How many kinds of expressions for public holiday in English Countries?

Do you mean words for the idea? Or examples? Here in New Zealand we use the phrases Public Holiday, and Statutory Holiday.

US: They may be called State Holidays, Federal Holidays, or Government Holidays (or occasionally "school holidays") They're pretty much: New Year's MLK Day* Presidents Day* Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Colombus Day* Veterans Day* Thanksgiving Christmas (The ones with a * means that government offices and schools are closed - but most people still have to go to work).
