I've never heard it used that way, but I think it means "You messed up my joke!". I've heard "jacked up" used the same way though.

It means “hijacked” or taken away. The person who “jacked” would have interrupted the telling of the joke by telling it themself or by changing the outcome of the joke.

it's like stealing...jacked - hijacked :) so in the case you mention, he is robbing your joke
