Accent reduction/pronunciation improvement
I am looking for tips to improve my pronunciation and how to speak less with an accent. Could anyone give some tips? I have been looking at youtube videos and practicing, and am currently looking for a teacher on Italki but there are so many so it takes a lot of time to find a suitable one..

Teaching pronunciation is a speciality. A highly qualified pronunciation teacher has training in articulatory phonetics and English phonology.
There are 2000 English teachers and tutors on italki. I found ten teachers with the skills "phonetics phonology." Start with these teachers. Look at their profiles and their class descriptions. Take a trial lesson with one or two of them.
