Is this formal email correct? The application installed and now works fine. I have already replaced them with the dummy files you have provided me with as well. Please assign me the related issues to fix.

My understanding is if you make a notebook entry, I can make corrections. As a question, I have to type it all out, and you don't see what edits were made without comparing the sentences. The application is installed and now works fine. I have already replaced them* with the dummy files you have provided me with as well. Please assign me the related issues to fix. *What is them? Application is singular (1), them is plural (2 or more), so I don't know what them is. If them is dummy files, you need to say dummy files first, then refer to them as them.
