What is the different between "don't be "greedy and "don't get" greedy? thanks for your help.

It would depend on the situation. "don't be greedy" is usually said when someone is actually being greedy. You are telling them to stop being greedy. "don't get greedy" = you are warning people/ somebody not to be greedy. you can also use "don't be greedy" interchangeably for the second situation. To warn somebody.
