Do I write "will notice" and "will look" or without the "will" as it is conjunction sentences?
Here's the text I'm intending the question to:
"You will definitely get attached to the slide, notice the big and clear title, look at the picture as it supports what the title represents."
Another question: Is it "represent" or "present", and why?

It is 'represents' because the picture is a representation of what the  title says.
