The final sentence should be "my driver's license has been taken away". The others are good!

It would be more common for people to say, "My driver's license WAS suspended" if they are talking to another person about what already happened. However, you would say, "If you are convicted of driving while your licence IS suspended you will have to pay a fine". As Stephen and Boswell said, you should say, "My driver's license HAS BEEN taken away". Another common expression is, "My driver's license is UNDER suspension".
