Hi Harry, It is a weird sentence but what it means is this,..... I can say to you. "It is a sunny day". Or I can say to you, "It is a magnificently bright, sunny beginning to a most glorious of days.". Sentence number 2 is "wordy". Whoever is speaking your sentence is working with someone and doesn't think they have used enough enhancer words. In general, wordy infers added drama, marketing or general fluff.
