First it's "You will call me, won't you?", tag questions only work with a simple statement, you can't tag a question. Both responses are correct, but they mean different things: 1 sounds like my mum complaining that I don't call often enough; she is asking me to improve my habits. 2 is a specific request for a call - perhaps she is asking me to call her after her visit to the doctor tomorrow.
