What would be the equivalent of the following trucks in British English? Thank you! Utility truck pick up truck

BrE speakers in the UK often just say 'pickup' for what AmE speakers call 'pick up truck'. We have fewer of these vehicles, so we don't tend to make a distinction between 'utility trucks' and 'pick up trucks'. If it's a smaller, more general-use vehicle, we'd probably call it a 4 x 4. We generally think of 'ute' (as in 'utility') as an Aussie term.
