Neither of we have had anything today. (drink, food)
Can you set the table while I'm cooking?

- In AmE I think they (sometimes?) drop the 'time'. It doesn't sound right to me without it.
Forgive me for not doing it sooner.
- correct typo on doing.

- us, not we.
The other two are fine.

You can sometimes drop the "time" in AmE. It doesn't work in all cases and I have no rule for it as of now.
It's never wrong with "time", so just go with that imo.
