It sounds.. a bit too outgoing to a point where it may sound a bit rude. I'm a native speaker, I don't use it and haven't really heard any other native speaker say it in real life. It does seem like a phrase that keeps popping up in textbooks intended for foreigners, though. If you want to say "you're welcome / no problem / no worries, etc." as a reply to "thank you" then I would actually say 아니에요 or 아닙니다.
