Is this correct?
When I received the statement, I noticed that there was a wrong withdrawal in it. I met the clerk who is responsible for my account and explained the problem to him but he told me that there was nothing wrong with it

Yes, this is great. You might say "an incorrect withdrawal" instead of "a wrong withdrawal" to sound more natural.

Hasan, the situation is not clear. 'a wrong withdrawal'?? what do you mean - a withdrawal that you didn't make, or the amount was wrong?
And 'he said there's nothing wrong with it' seems strange.. It should be 'he showed me/explained to me that it was correct' or something..
