How is your wrist ? Any other options to ask about someone's health My friend has a bad wrist because she painted too much . How to asked her How is your wrist ? How is it getting on/ going on? Thank you

"How is your wrist?" is fine. You can also say "How is it going?" as long as the person with the sore wrist knows what you are referring to with the pronoun "it", or you can say "How are you getting on with your wrist?,"or "how are you going with your wrist?" The last two are more informal than the first option.
