QUESTION: What is the meaning of 'comes in' in this context? Could you give me another example of 'come in' of this meaning?

comes in: means perceived by the viewer of the art, it being subjective and different for every person that sees the art. https://www.dictionary.com/browse/aesthetics "beauty is in the eye of the beholder" = a common quote to explain this concept.
