Is it possible to learn two or even three languages simultaneously
I want to learn English and actually i'm a FCE student plus Arabic which i know a bit about and French

Definitely, yes.
In my experience you might get a little confused at the start, like thinking of a French word when you want an English one.. but this goes away quite quickly (unless the 2 words are really similar of course!)

If they're not similar (like Portuguese and spanish, or Dutch and German) I guess you can do it.
