'present company excepted' is not a common phrase in the UK. I've never heard it

Hi Sinem,
You could also say:
"Except those (who are) present"
"Apart from those (who are) present"
"With the exception of those (who are) present"
"Excluding those present"
"Who are" is optional in the above sentences.
