All fine except "I get nervous when dogs..", the subordinate clause has no verb. "when there are dogs.." or "with dogs.." would work.
"And these?" is a sentence fragment typical of everyday speech. You would need to provide the context for me to determine whether it fitted there or not; by itself it is simply 'bad grammar'.
