There a lot of resources out there for all levels. Here are some of the ones that I have been using recently that I find quite useful:
1. The Easy Spanish channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAL4AMMMXKxHDu3FqZV6CbQ
Lots of videos with subtitles in Spanish on a wide variety of topics.
2. The María Español channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC30I0ZZ54oOVBYeXJtafYIA
I just discovered this yesterday, and she has a ton of material (grammar, reading, listening, vocabulary) suitable for all levels. She speaks very clearly, and her explanations are great.
3. VeinteMundos: https://www.veintemundos.com/en/
This is a Spanish-language magazine for intermediate and advanced learners. It has a few hundred articles on a wide variety of topics from all 20 Spanish-speaking countries and regions, hence the name. Every article is also narrated by a Spanish speaker (mostly a male from Chile), which I find is helpful when reading along.
If I think of anything else, I will be sure to add it! I hope you find this helpful.
P.S. I checked out your YouTube channel for learning Greek, and it is proving to be very helpful! I am an absolute beginner, so I am picking up a lot of useful things.
