Please tell me what's meaning of ‘’made subject to a combination of accounts'. enter into or permit to subsist any arrangement under which money or the benefit of a bank or other account may be applied, set-off or made subject to a combination of accounts

I'm not a banker, but a bank usually has the right to combine all the accounts of a customer. For example, if a customer owes money on one account and in another account has a surplus of money, the bank can get the money owed to it out of the account with the surplus.
