Hi Anna, English is a language that has many exceptions and there are no rigid rules in place. Your best bet is to not give up but push forward. Just accept this and learn the exceptions as you encounter them. Make friends with native English speakers and converse with them on a daily basis. Have them double check your work. Sometimes what is written down or said might not be wrong but will sound unnatural. Mastery of anything takes time, please don't give up :) Frustration is part of the learning process!

Every problem has a solution. We need to think and decide how to solve the problem. You need to learn language skills: Reading, writing, speaking and listening. Also you need to learn elements of language: Vocabulary, grammar and so forth.

English, like any European language, differs from Chinese very much, in many aspects. It is very difficult for a person, whose mother language is Chinese, to learn any European language. But to lean Chinese for an European is even harder! ;)

To learn any foreign language is tough.

It's okay. Don't feel down about it. Anything is possible when you put the work in.
