The beginning basically says that the change in (their) fashion (style) has happened a lot more frequently and that it happened naturally over time. Is that correct? I'm not sure as what the last bit says because I don't think "as a result of my worries" is the most accurate interpretation?

요즘 부쩍 패션 변화가 많아졌어요. 
The change in fashion (style) has happened a lot more frequently.
세월이 주는 자연스러운 변화이기도하고
It is a natural change as time goes by
연기자로서 고민의 결과이기도 하죠.
and also it is a result of my consideration as an actor.

고민의 결과(a result of my consideration) = 많아진 패션 변화(many changes in fashion (style))

e.g.
그들은 고민결과 어떤 어려움이 있더라도 그것을 시도해야 한다고 결정했다. 
They considered and resolved to try it at all hazards.
