How do you say when a female celeb is on the news with a man? A famous female celeb is dating a man and paparazzi took their picture and now it's all over the news. Is it correct to say like this? If not, how do you say it. - She's on the news with a man. - She becomes news with a man. Thank you

'She's on the news' isn't really specific so you could say 'She's on the news. She was spotted (by the paparazzi) with a man' :)

If you're speaking about her directly or if she's currently on television, then the first sentence is correct. Saying someone is on the news typically means they're a reporter or are being interviewed. The second sentence would never be correct but I think it might be going for the slang term "making news/headlines" (example: Her picture with him is making headlines - That picture is making news - both correct). If someone is getting more media coverage, they are "in the news."
