How do you understand the concept 'comfort' in the context of hotels? Do you think it might comprise spaciousness and quietness?

Definitely both, also (quiet) air conditioning; an excellent shower; a minibar with a selection of snacks and drinks; room service with nice food; a nice view from windows that I can open; a comfy bed with crisp, white sheets; effective and controllable lighting; a magnifying shaving mirror, well-lit; a large HDTV near the bed with an HDMI port; Wi-Fi; a good steam iron and ironing board.

It makes you feel at ease, convenient, fun and most importantly does not make you feel like a stranger.

Spaciousness - no. Unless the room is extremely small and cramped, the size has little bearing on the level of comfort. Quiet - yes. I'd extend the concept of 'comfort' to soundproofing.
